Een fotoshoot hoeft niet ongemakkelijk te zijn. De meeste mensen die voor mijn camera staan, zeggen vooraf dat ze niet graag op de foto gaan, maar geven achteraf aan dat het eigenlijk vooral erg leuk was. Ik neem de tijd, geef zo nodig aanwijzingen, en doe van alles voor, en super belangrijk.. we beginnen met een kop koffie (of thee). Zo ontstaan foto’s die natuurlijk aanvoelen en echt bij jullie passen.

Tijdens een fotoshoot hoef je vooral niet na te denken over wat je moet doen. Vooraf bespreken we je wensen en stuur ik evt nog wat aanvullende informatie, tijdens de shoot geef ik aanwijzingen waar nodig. Geen ingewikkelde poses, wel een ontspannen shoot met genoeg tijd om tot goede foto’s te komen.
De fotoshoots vinden plaats in onze lichte, serene fotostudio in Utrecht of op een prachtige buitenlocatie in de natuur (zoals bij gezins- of bruidsfotografie). De studiosessies, waaronder newborn-, zwangerschaps- of boudoirfotografie en zakelijke portretten, vinden uitsluitend plaats op afspraak. Hierdoor garanderen wij een volledig private en comfortabele setting waarin je in alle rust voor de camera kunt staan.
As soon as possible! As soon as you have a date, it is wise to get in touch with me. I will then check if the date is still available, and if so, we can schedule an introductory meeting.
Once you have booked, I will send you a 10% deposit invoice. Once you have made the deposit, you have officially booked with me. After the wedding, I will send you the second invoice along with the first (preview) photos.
Of course, you can always call or email me for a consultation while planning the wedding. I have attended many weddings, so please feel free to ask me if you are having trouble finalizing the schedule. A week before the wedding, I always make sure we have a brief chat to go over the final details. From getting ready to the wedding photoshoot and the party, I know exactly what circumstances to take into account.
No, Aagjestudio does not, as a matter of principle, deliver unedited or RAW files. Careful, manual post-processing and the selection of the right contrasts and natural tones form an essential part of our quality standard and artistic signature. You will receive only the fully completed, professionally corrected images in high resolution via your online gallery.
The copyright to all photos, logo concepts, and branding materials remains fundamentally the property of Aagjestudio. However, upon full payment of the invoice, you will receive a clear personal or business usage license. This allows you to safely and unrestrictedly use the digital files on your website, social media, or in print. It is not permitted to heavily edit the photos yourself, apply filters, or resell the source graphic files to third parties without written permission.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled studio session due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, you must notify us as soon as possible to schedule a new date. For outdoor shoots that cannot take place due to heavy rainfall, we will agree on an alternative time at short notice. If the rescheduling is done in a timely manner, your deposit will simply carry over to the new date.
